Shipping & Returns

Where we ship
We ship worldwide by express courier: DHL, UPS, FedEx and BRT. Parcels are delivered door to door to the address you give in your order.
Timing
Every order is shipped within 30 days, depending on product availability and handcrafting time. When your parcel leaves, you receive an email with the tracking number.
Costs
At the moment shipping is free for all products: you'll see it on every product page and in your cart. If some products have shipping costs in the future, the exact cost will be shown in your cart before payment.
Shipments outside the EU
For shipments outside the European Union (for example Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States), customs duties, local VAT and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient. They are not included in the price: when the parcel reaches customs in your country, the carrier will notify you and ask you to pay them before delivery.
Packaging and insurance
We pack every piece with care. All shipments are insured against damage in transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Contact us at info@laceramicadiele.it or on WhatsApp at +39 334 585 3225, giving your order number. We will offer you a replacement or a refund, free of charge. The transport risk remains with us until delivery.
Returns and withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to return the products. All the details are in the Terms of Sale, under "Right of withdrawal".
In short:
- Write to info@laceramicadiele.it with your order number and the products you want to return.
- Send the products back within 14 days, well packed, to: Via San Giovanni 108, 53037 San Gimignano (SI), Italy.
- We refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.
Products personalised on request and sealed perfumes or cosmetics that have been opened cannot be returned.
Collection in store
You can collect your order for free from our shop at Via San Giovanni 108, San Gimignano, every day from 9am to 7pm. Before you come, message us on WhatsApp or call +39 334 585 3225 (you'll also find the buttons on the order page): we'll check the pieces are available and put them aside for you. In this case you don't pay online: you pay in the shop when you collect.
